STEBI Global Mulia Holds SISTER Kemendiktisaintek Workshop to Enhance Faculty Professionalism

CIKARANG, February 7, 2026 – STEBI Global Mulia Cikarang organized a SISTER Kemendiktisaintek Workshop themed “Optimizing SISTER to Enhance Faculty Professionalism” on Saturday (7/2/2026) in Room 1/C1. This activity was attended by lecturers of STEBI Global Mulia as part of the institution’s commitment to improving governance and professionalism through the use of integrated digital systems.

The workshop opened with remarks and guidance from the Chairman of STEBI Global Mulia Cikarang, Dr. Yoyo Hambali, S.Ag., M.A.. In his speech, he emphasized that optimizing SISTER is not merely an administrative obligation but a part of a data-driven and performance-based academic cultural transformation.

“SISTER is a vital instrument in ensuring that the academic track record of lecturers is well-documented, transparent, and integrated nationally. Through optimal management, we not only enhance individual professionalism but also strengthen the reputation and competitiveness of the institution at both national and global levels,” stated Dr. Yoyo Hambali.

He further added that mastering this system is a strategic step in supporting the promotion of faculty functional positions, recognizing performance in the Tri Dharma (Three Pillars) of Higher Education, and ensuring the institution’s readiness for greater future transformations.

The workshop material was presented by Anggi Setya Prayoga, S.Kom., M.M., Vice Chairman I for Academic and Student Affairs, who also served as the resource person. During his presentation, Anggi provided technical explanations regarding data input, updates, and synchronization strategies for Tri Dharma activities within the SISTER system to ensure they are documented validly and accountably.

“SISTER is not just a reporting system; it is a reflection of a lecturer’s academic performance. If managed orderly and consistently, SISTER will simplify the process for functional position applications, lecturer certification, and institutional performance evaluation. Therefore, discipline in data updates is the primary key,” Anggi asserted.

He also encouraged lecturers to make SISTER management a part of a sustainable professional work culture, rather than something done only when specific administrative needs arise.

The workshop was interactive, featuring discussion sessions and direct practice, allowing participants to understand the data management flow comprehensively. Through this activity, STEBI Global Mulia hopes that all faculty members will be better prepared to meet the demands of digital-based higher education governance while improving the quality and accountability of academic performance sustainably.
