BEKASI, February 16, 2026 – STEBI Global Mulia Cikarang successfully hosted an Education Seminar and the official launch of the Undergraduate (S1) Islamic Education Management (MPI) Study Program on Saturday, February 14, 2026. Held at the Hall of Building E, 2nd Floor, the event carried the theme: “Career Opportunities in the World of Education: From Educators to Institutional Managers.”
The event was attended by approximately 150 participants, including teachers, educational staff, students, high school graduates, and members of the general public interested in the field of education.
The seminar was officially opened by the Chairman of STEBI Global Mulia, Dr. Yoyo Hambali, S.Ag., M.A. In his remarks, he emphasized that the modern education sector requires human resources who possess not only teaching competencies but also the professional ability to manage and lead educational institutions.
“Through the Islamic Education Management Study Program, we hope to produce graduates who not only understand educational concepts but are also capable of managing educational institutions professionally and competitively,” he stated.
A key highlight of the event was the symbolic launching ceremony of the S1 Islamic Education Management (MPI) Study Program, marked by a balloon release and the screening of the program’s official launch video. This ceremony officially introduced the new study program to the public.
In the main session, participants received a comprehensive presentation from Ir. H. Yaya Ropandi, S.Pd.I., M.Si., the General Chairman of the Central Board of the Indonesian Madrasah Teachers Association (PGM Indonesia). He explained that career opportunities in education extend far beyond teaching, including roles as institutional managers, school administrators, and educational policy developers.
The seminar featured an interactive Q&A session where enthusiastic participants sought information regarding career development and opportunities for pursuing higher education.
Adding a creative touch to the proceedings, the event included a musical poetry performance by the KASTA Student Activity Unit (UKM) of STEBI Global Mulia. Furthermore, participants were provided with information regarding the New Student Admissions (PMB) process, including special registration incentives for seminar attendees interested in enrolling.
Through this initiative, STEBI Global Mulia aims to broaden public insight into educational career paths while positioning the S1 Islamic Education Management program as a highly relevant choice for today’s educational needs. This event is expected to encourage more individuals to enhance their academic qualifications and contribute to the development of quality education in Indonesia.
