STEBI Global Mulia Cikarang was founded out of deep concern for the fate of the nation’s youth, many of whom have experienced a loss of direction regarding their future.

Many high school (SMA/SMK) graduates are unable to continue to higher education due to financial constraints. They choose to enter the workforce directly, and most end up in operator-level positions due to a lack of skills. Problems arise when they reach around 24 years of age — the point at which many companies can no longer employ them. This ultimately leads to mass unemployment, which then becomes a social problem for the nation.
STEBI Global Mulia Cikarang offers a solution and acts as a bridge, enabling financially disadvantaged SMA/SMK graduates to pursue higher education — either by empowering them to work at a company while studying, or by nurturing them as entrepreneurs. This way, they can carry out both work and study simultaneously. The hope is that by the time they reach the age of 24, they will already have earned a bachelor’s degree (S1).
